Supports 1khz to 5Khz frequency free switching. And the highest control cycle is 0.2ms. The control frequency is increased by 100 times compared to the conventional AC machine. 3. 8 inches HD touch waveform display
The 8 inches high-definition touch screen has exquisite man-machine interface and comes with oscilloscope and detector function. This feature can display 8 real welding waveforms and corresponding welding data such as welding current, voltage, power and resistance waveform in real time, which is easy to monitor welding consistency and welding quality.
4. Excellent quality control ability
For the high standard of welding consistency and stability requirements, the machine supports pressure trigger function. When the pressure value is detected to reach the set value, then it starts to power on, to ensure that the product pressure of each welding is consistent. Meanwhile, it also supports the function of displacement melting depth. When the displacement reaches the set value, the power will be stopped immediately to ensure that the melting depth of the welding product is completely consistent.
5. Welding quality traceability ability
