Product Description
Featuring excellent dynamic response and stable follow-up, the air actuated NA-150H/NA-55H/NA-25H pincer welding pliers are well suited to a wide range of resistance welding applications which require both precision and reliability. Depending on the model, adjustable force firing from 25 – 1480 N.
1. High rigid
The electrode drive mechanism is equipped with two slides and four blocks, and adopts a light pressurization type. This reduces vibration and realizes a highly durable structure.
The electrode following mechanism is equipped with one slide and two sliders, and adopts a lightly pressurized type.
2. Weld head mounting method
Hanging or wall mounting available
3. Single side electrode drive
The whole series adopts one-side electrode drive, and the left or right side drive is customized according to the space and station requirements of the production line.
4. Customizable preset electrode fixtures
Specialized electrode fixtures are designed for different products
5. Optional pressure-displacement unit(NA-55H/NA-150H)
Weld head is reserved for the mounting of pressure & displacement units, which can be optionally installed as required.
